Ok to fight you need to have a Power level over 5000. with out it, you can't see The Roges. The Roges are evil Angels, Demons, and Hybris that have turned on their race and become currupted. when fighting them. you must have a genkigan active, or an eye piece.
the Genkigan lets you see them when you have gained a power level of 5000 or more. The Eye Piece does the same thing, but for lower levels.
